Shannon Fasig, APRN, CNP, provides care with the Center for Plastic Surgery and collaborates with Raj Singha, MD.

"I love science and fell in love with it in college, pushing me to pursue nursing from the start. I chose family medicine as my specialty for the same reason I worked in various roles on a medical surgical unit for ten years: to create a great base foundation of knowledge that I could grow from and apply now in Plastics," says Shannon.

Shannon completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Maryville University in St. Louis. She completed her undergraduate degree at HSHS St. John's College of Nursing in Springfield. She has more than 16 years of experience in the health care field and most recently has served as a family nurse practitioner with Memorial Physician Services.

In her free time, Shannon's hobbies include spending time with her husband and two sons, taking her boxer on walks, maintaining eight acres of property and listening to live music.
