Each provider has determined what appointments can be seen through a Telehealth visit. Each department has patient access specialists and nurses that can help you through the scheduling process.

If you're scheduled to meet with your provider for a telehealth visit, you should have received your unique waiting room link from sc.care in an appointment reminder email or text message.

Telehealth is a “virtual” visit with your Springfield Clinic physician or nurse practitioner. These visits are considered to be, and will be billed just like a face-to-face appointment.

TeleNurse is Springfield Clinic's after hours "help line"—when you need medical advice, the registered nurses of Springfield Clinic's TeleNurse Department are available. This does not take the place of an appointment and is not billable. 

Telehealth visits will be determined by the provider. All appointments will be scheduled during regular business hours.

Springfield Clinic Urgent Care telehealth services are available daily from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Staff will manually trigger your telehealth text or email either at the beginning of the day or 15 minutes before your appointment. The text message will be from 36724 and the email will be from [email protected]. If you do not receive your link, call your provider's office.
