Dermatologists care for the skin, hair and nails for patients of all ages. Our Springfield Clinic Dermatology team includes a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and the only board-certified pediatric dermatologist in central Illinois.

Microneedling with platelet-rich plasma (PRP)

Using the SkinPen microneedling system, micro injuries are made to the skin which in turn stimulates collagen production, allowing for overall rejuvenation of the skin.  Amp up your results by using your very own platelet-rich plasma, which contains growth factors and a variety of beneficial proteins. This is a great treatment for fine lines/wrinkling, scarring, sun damage, age spots, increase pore size and overall improvement in the skin’s tone and texture. Initially, a series of three treatments spaced one month apart is recommended. A topical anesthetic is used to make your experience comfortable. The procedure requires little to no downtime. 

  • $650 Full face 

  • $1,450 Full face package of three

  • $850 Face/neck décolletage

A la carte PRP injections can be paired with the above full facial PRP for an extra $50 per session, per area. Injections can be done to the under eye area, nasolabial folds, etc.

Peels

This in-office service helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin tone and texture, minimize scarring and decrease pore size. The peels are highly tolerable with mild peeling and flaking that usually resolves within one week. These peels are safe to get all year around.

PRP Scalp Injections for Hair Restoration

This safe an effective treatment is ideal for individuals struggling with hair loss and thinning. Using your body’s very own growth factors, platelet-rich plasma is injected into the scalp. Initially, a series of three treatments spaced one month apart is recommended. Results can be seen as early as two to three months after the first treatment. Following your initial treatments, a maintenance plan will be developed to help maintain your results.  

  • $400 for one session 

  • $1,050 for package of three 

Fillers, Dysport & Botox

Focusing on safety and natural looking outcomes, neurotoxins such as Botox and Dysport can be used to help relax and prevent fine lines and wrinkles.

  • Botox: $12 per unit

  • Dysport: $4 per unit

PRP Procedures

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Treatment is an innovative non-surgical procedure that will help you achieve a youthful, healthy glow. The procedure works by harnessing your body's own rejuvenating abilities by collecting platelet-rich plasma from a blood draw and applying this directly on the skin after microneedling (MicroPen Evo).  

PRP may also be used to restore and maintain hair growth in various types of hair loss (e.g. male- or female-pattern hair loss) but injecting the PRP into the scalp.
